Returns for Orders Erroneously Shipped by Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC
Orders erroneously shipped by Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC will be refunded
or reshipped as long as the request to do so is received within 14 days from the
date of customer receipt. In such instances, Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC will
incur all costs for return shipping as well as shipping charges on a replacement
product. To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Contact Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC at
service@tropicalpotterygallery.com stating the reason for the return
request and to receive a return authorization number (RAN)
- Product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in its
original resalable condition. The shipment must be insured and a copy of the
invoice must be provided
- Upon receipt and proper verification, Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC will
ship a replacement product without additional charges for shipping. A full
refund will be considered on a case by case basis
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
All damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge. Full
refunds may be issued on a case by case basis by contacting Tropical Pottery
Gallery, LLC. The following process must be followed in order to process returns
for a damaged or defective product:
- Contact Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC at
service@tropicalpotterygallery.com stating the reason for the return
request and to receive a return authorization number (RAN)
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Upon receipt and proper verification, Tropical Pottery Gallery, LLC will
ship a replacement product without additional charges for shipping.
Returns for Unwanted Merchandise
If a product received in good condition is unwanted for any reason, it may be
returned within 14 days of customer receipt as long as the following conditions
are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in its
original resalable condition. The shipment must be insured and a copy of the
invoice must be provided
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges
